World Conference on Indigenous Peoples

Will grassroots people (who are not associated with non-profits) be attending the UN World Conference on Indigenous Peoples in New York? Will they have a voice? Will there be authentic journalists there? Bolivia President Evo Morales will be there and Bolivia is engaged in the planning. But already grassroots activists and authentic journalists are writing, wondering about the travel costs and whether they are invited.
